We've been looking at recipes that are free from artificial syrups and excessive sugar, instead loaded with fresh ingredients - with a touch of classic yet contemporary feel.
Of course, all without sacrificing taste which comes here in the form of fresh mint, and lots of it!

| Ingredients |

• 1/2 cup cashew milk
• 1 5.3 oz vanilla greek yogurt
• 1 cup spinach
• 2/3 cup mint leaves
• 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• pinch of sea salt
• ice to reach consistency

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.

Top with whipped cream, garnish with dark chocolate shavings and fresh mint leaves.
